FREE COFFEE: Coffee is available from 6am – 10am in the Lobby of the Sheraton Music City Hotel. This is first come/first served. I asked them to prepare a lot!
POST CONFERENCE CHECK IN: If you are registered for a Post Conference Event, stop by the Registration Table on the FIRST FLOOR of Sheraton Music City Hotel, 777 McGavock Pike, Nashville, TN 37214 USA. Go in the lobby of the hotel and take a left to find REGISTRATION on Sunday October 29, 2023 to check in. We will direct you to the appropriate room.
REGISTRATION MATERIALS: You will receive your name badge, wrist band, personal schedule, Schedule At A Glance, CEC Form and Trade Show map when you check in. All sessions will be held at the Sheraton Music City Hotel. You will need your name badge and wrist band to be admitted to each session during the main conference. You will be able to change sessions at any time throughout the event by simply going to the door with your name badge and wrist band and checking to see if space is available.
MATS: Please bring your own Yoga/Pilates mat. We will not be providing them for sanitary reasons. If you need Yoga Straps or Yoga Blocks, please bring them as well.
AQUA SESSIONS: All aqua sessions will begin in the General Thomas Room for lecture, then move to the pool together as a class.
TRADE SHOW HOURS: FREE and OPEN to the Public! Be sure to tell your fitness friends who want to shop at discounted prices!

CEC INFORMATION: You will receive a signed CEC form onsite with provider certification numbers for ACE, AEA, AFAA and NASM.
PARKING INFORMATION: Self-Parking is $16 per day. Overnight guests of the Sheraton Music City Hotel can receive a discounted rate of $10 per day. Valet Parking is $20 per day.
